After graduating from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1997,Blake R. Maislin established his practice in the same year, and has been fighting for the rights of personal injury victims throughout Ohio and Northern Kentucky ever since.

Mr. Maislin has also worked as a legal consultant for Cincinnati’s local FOX News station. Apart from his legal education, he holds a Psychology degree from State University of New York, College of Buffalo. Mr. Maislin clerked for personal injury attorneys and completed an internship with the Erie County New York District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Maislin also worked for the Erie County Prosecutor’s Office in the state of NY, working in the white collar crime unit. Blake Maislin’s father, Sam Maislin, is a former Judge in the State of New York.
