Randy graduated from the Chase College of Law in 1988. Prior to that he worked at Pretrial Services in Kenton and Campbell counties and attended Chase part time in the evenings. He obtained his Ohio license in 1989 and Kentucky in 1990. Before working as a private sector attorney starting in 1993 he worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Athens County Ohio and as a staff attorney for Justice Donald Wintersheimer with the Kentucky Supreme Court. 

Randy has worked for the past twenty years with the Blake Maislin Law firm and likes to help clients negotiate the other difficult and challenging experience of dealing with their injuries and help them get through this very difficult experience. 

Randy is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and is also licensed in US District Court in the Eastern District of Kentucky, the US District Court in the Western District of Kentucky and the US District Court in the Southern District of Ohio. He has successfully argued appellate cases in the Kentucky Supreme Court,  the Ohio First District Court  of Appeals and the Kentucky Court of Appeals. 

Randy lives in Northern Kentucky with his wife Margery, two children, Justin and Danielle, two dogs and two cats.
