Mr. Clemons is from Cincinnati, graduating from the Seven Hills School.  He then attended the University of Cincinnati, where he majored in history, before attending the University of Cincinnati College of Law.  At UC Law he was cum laude and on Law Review and performed an externship with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio, graduating in 2006.

After UC Law Mr. Clemons worked for a large multi-state law firm with a focus on litigation.  Mr. Clemons joined the Law Offices of Blake R. Maislin, LLC in 2014 and has focused his practice on personal injury matters, and in representing business and property owners in disputes with insurance companies.  He has successfully tried many cases in both Ohio and Indiana, and practices before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Ohio, Northern District of Ohio, Southern District of Indiana, and Northern District of Indiana.

Mr. Clemons lives in Madeira with his wife (a defense attorney), and three kids.  In his free time he coaches his kids’ sports, fishes, and volunteers with Junior Achievement.
