About Ben

Benjamin “Ben” Kling’s practice is focused in First-Party Insurance Claims representing
homeowners who have been denied coverage after a loss. A native to the Cincinnati area, Ben is an
alumnus of Thomas More College and Northern Kentucky University, Chase College of Law. At Thomas
More, Ben played four years of NCAA Division Three Football. While at Chase College of Law, Ben was an
Associate Editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review and graduated cum laude receiving his Juris
Doctor in 2020.

Ben began his legal career at the Law Offices of Blake R. Maislin representing individuals injured
in car accidents and slip and falls. He then worked as an assistant prosecutor at the Campbell County
Commonwealth Attorney’s Office in Campbell County, Kentucky. Ben returned to the Law Offices of
Blake R. Maislin in May of 2023 working in the field of First-Party Insurance Claims.
