Benjamin “Ben” Fooks is a personal injury attorney serving residents of Kentucky, who have been injured in car accidents, slip and falls, and dog attacks.    

Ben is an Alumnus of Northern Kentucky University and Salmon P. Chase College of Law.  At Northern Kentucky University Ben studied English, served as president of the Norse Wrestling Club, and graduated Summa Cum Laude.  Ben took part in the Salmon P. Chase 3+3 program; this allowed him to attend Law School during the last year of his undergraduate program.  While at Chase, Ben was an Associate Editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review, Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. 

Ben resides in Burlington with his wife and daughter.  He enjoys spending time with family and cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals. Who Dey!
